Complete your eKYC as soon as possible!

Good News for the beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana. The Government may release the next instalment under the scheme before or on Holi. However, it has made no official announcement regarding the same.

But before government releases the money, all the beneficiaries must complete their eKYC and update their details. Those who fail to do so may not receive the money on time.

According to reports, all the beneficiaries of PM Kisan have been asked to complete the eKYC as early as possible so that the next installment of Rs. 2000 can be transferred in their bank accounts.

If the eKYC is not completed then the government may not send Rs. 2000 in your bank account. It must be noted that few months back the Centre had made eKYC mandatory for all the beneficiaries but due to some reasons, things were put on hold. But now the eKYC link has been activated on the official website so that farmers can complete their details.

Why is eKYC mandatory for PM Kisan

Last year, Central government had made eKYC compulsory for all the farmers registered under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The decision has been taken to stop frauds, scams and ineligible people from taking the benefit of this scheme. The existing/old as well as new farmers must complete their eKYC without any delay.
