Modified scheme gets approval from the Union Cabinet for improving the ethanol refining capacity in the nation for delivering 1G (first Generation) ethanol from feed stocks. Feeds include cereals such as rice, wheat, grain, corn and sorghum and also sugar beet and sugarcane.

Export of Akash Missile System: 

Export of Akash Missile System is also approved by the cabinet and for faster approval of the exports, a committee comprising Raksha Mantri, External Affairs Minister and National Security Advisor has been set up. Akash Missile System is a surface to air rocket with a scope of 25 kms and is the nation's significant rocket. The rocket came into force in 2014 as part of the Indian Air Force and in 2015 of the Indian Army.  

This push would assist the nation with improving its defense items and make them competitive on a global scale, a formal release said. The exported version of the  Akash missile will be distinctive in relation to the missile system present with the Indian Armed Forces. The centre expects to send out high worth defense products to accomplish a target of $5 billion of defense trade and improve key relations with friendly allies. 

Bhutan MoU: 

The Cabinet has endorsed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Indian government and the Bhutan government on participation in the amicable uses of outer space. This MoU was endorsed on November 19 by the two sides at Bengaluru/Thimpu and traded, a formal release said. 

3 Approved Indian Missions: 

The launch of 3 Indian Missions in Paraguay, Estonia and Dominican Republic in 2021 is also approved by the cabinet. This is relied upon to help extend India's strategic impression, develop political relations and empower respective exchange development, venture and monetary commitment, encourage more grounded individuals to individuals contacts, reinforce political effort in multilateral fora and help gather uphold for India's international strategy goals.
