This comes after Narendra Singh Tomar, the Union Minister of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, and Kamal Patel, the Madhya Pradesh Minister for Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development, met to address issues affecting the farmers of Madhya Pradesh.

The current limit of 25 quintals for purchases of moong and urad under the Price Support Scheme (PSS) for the summer season 2021–2022 for farmers in Madhya Pradesh was today relaxed by the Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, as per the official statement.
