Since its founding in 2013, the CII-Indian Women Network (IWN), which has a presence throughout all of India, has worked to co-create ecosystems for women through the promotion of health and well-being, leadership, mentoring, policy and advocacy, and mentoring, wherein women advance as professionals and achievers in their various professions.
As everyone knows, a person's aetiology of health and well-being is influenced by a wide range of inter-personal, cultural, psychological, physical, and social elements. So how can one develop tandem and prosper?
In 2023–2024, the IWN Southern Region, operating under the Health and Wellbeing Vertical, introduced "Bloom - Take Charge of Yourself." This initiative has involved the region showcasing monthly initiatives, showcasing "Self-Care" through "Spotlights" at the regional level, and culminating in a "Health Conclave" on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Hotel Novotel Varun Beach, Visakhapatnam.
