GEM green building certification is a local systematic evidence-based assessment system for the built environment, which includes commercial and residential complexes.
It is based on the concepts of the NBC, ECBC, and a few CPWD directives. So far, the GEM certification process has successfully evaluated over 100 projects around the country. Residential to high-rise, mixed-use, and public transport, including airports and railway terminals, are among the projects.
