Okra: Okra is also known as lady's finger in English and bhindi in Hindi, it’s a popular vegetable consumed in households all over the world. Despite being classified incorrectly as a vegetable (it is actually a fruit), okra has managed to nourish people with its vitamin and magnesium-rich properties.
