MANAGE Placements 2022: The final placements for the 25th batch of Post Graduate Diploma in Management students were successfully completed by the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) (Agri-Business Management).
National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management, Hyderabad offers admission into PGDM program in management in specializations like Agri-Warehousing Management (AWM), Agricultural Extension Management (AEM) and Agri-Business Management (ABM).
This year, MANAGE has successfully maintained its position of having 100% placements since its establishment. This year, a total of 66 students applied for placements, with 27 companies extending offers. This year's top package was Rs 18 lakhs per annum, and the average package was Rs 11.51 lakhs per annum.
Dr. P. Chandra Shekara, Director General of MANAGE, congratulated all the students on the success, particularly MANAGE Alumni, Principal Coordinator Dr.K.Anand Reddy, and the Placement Committee.
“The achievement is proof of the quality of students produced by the institution and the increasing trust of corporate companies in their talent”, Mr. Chandra Shekar said on the success of MANAGE students.
Recruiters came from a variety of fields in the agribusiness industry, including Agri Input, Agri Output, NBFCs, Retail, Animal feed sector etc. Major companies who recruited MANAGE PG Diploma holders include Godrej Agrovet, ITC, Adani Wilmar, PwC India, KPMG India, BASF, Coromandel International, UPL, PI Industries, BigBasket, Future Group, Noveltech feeds, IDFC Bank, HDFC Bank and Fullerton Credit.
Major Agri-Business companies are the recruiters for the students of this programme as management trainees and middle level managers, besides providing summer placement opportunities. Hundred percent placements have been achieved since inception.
The major sub-sectors from which placement demands have been coming forth include procurement, trading, banking, insurance, agro-chemicals, seeds, agro-processing, fertilizers, retailing etc.
