Officials from the Central Board of Secondary Education, or CBSE, have finally commented on the much-anticipated Class 10, and Class 12 CBSE Results for 2022. Officials have officially stated that the CBSE Results are anticipated as scheduled, which is the latter week of July, dispelling concerns of a results postponement. Results for grades 10 and 12 will be made available online at cbseresults.nic.in and cbse.gov.in.

Rama Sharma, the CBSE PRO, confirmed as much and added that the board plans to disclose the Class 10, 12 results in the final week of July. At this point, no exact date for the 10th or 12th-grade results was disclosed.

The officials have not given any comments regarding the speculation over the CBSE results anticipated after July 10. Now, a source close to the board has also stated that the assessment is still being completed and that the weighing decision has not yet been made.

This year, there were two terms in which the exams were given. While Term 2 was held in the months of May and June, Term 1 was held in the months of November and December and used an MCQ format. The schools received the results for Term 1 and distributed the grades to the students.

What is #BestOfEitherTermsSubjectWise and why is it trending?

Many students have voiced their concerns about the weighting mechanism in light of the Covid-19 problem from the previous year and the abrupt change in the board examination. A message claiming CBSE has decided on the weighting scheme for the Term 1 and Term 2 board exams first appeared on social media in April. It was a false notification, though.

The weighting of the Term 1 and Term 2 exams was specified as being 30 and 70 percent, respectively. The board, however, clarified the misunderstanding by declaring that the ensuing notice was a hoax.

However, since then, pupils in classes 10 and 12 have voiced their worries in relation to the same. Additionally, they have been requesting that CBSE select the best scores from both terms by trending the hashtag #BestOfEitherTermsSubjectWise throughout the past few days.

Will CBSE listen, that is the key question right now. According to numerous media sources, the CBSE is anticipated to release the term 2 results, or the final results, by the end of July. According to this reasoning, we assume that the board has already completed or will soon complete the evaluation process.

As of yet, CBSE has not provided any information on the importance of each term. It is therefore probable that CBSE will pay attention to the requests of the pupils. But nothing has been verified. CBSE can use the best of either terms, 50:50, 70:30, or 30:70.
