Flipkart is inviting applications for the position of Process Design Specialist which requires someone who can control all parts of the first and last-mile supply chains, as well as lead initiatives to improve KPIs that drive value for consumers. This role provides extensive exposure to Flipkart's numerous business, financial, and technological departments.
As a design specialist, you'll be expected to comprehend, analyze, and drive improvements in existing processes and products, resulting in increased productivity, faster delivery, and best-in-class customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:

With a long-term perspective, translate consumer needs into issue statements.

Recognize and diagnose flaws with existing business processes.

Identify and analyze these business processes and workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.

Clearly highlight areas where these work procedures can be improved.

Find out what you can do with the information you've gathered.

Conduct pilots to demonstrate the POC and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop capabilities for structural solutions implementation.

Process and workflow documentation (highlighting execution plan, risks, input, output, and success metrics)

Process maps and business requirements must be developed in a clear and precise manner.

Assist domain experts in ensuring that process changes are recorded, understood, and carried through to completion by all relevant stakeholders

Challenge existing operations and processes regularly to improve operating and service performance.
Skills Required:

Problem-solving and analytical skills (data interpretation and analysis)

Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are all essential skills.

Experience with SQL and BI technologies such as Power BI

Design thinking; program management

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

The importance of understanding supply chain design ideas

Working in unstructured surroundings and on a tight deadline

Experience in process design and supply chain management is a plus.

Team player with a high level of self-motivation and capacity to motivate others.

Presentation, organizational, planning, and execution skills are all excellent.
Desired qualification: Candidate with 4-5 years of experience preferred
(Preferably in Strategy & Operations Consultancy, Logistics, Design, Operations excellence)
