GBSHSE Goa Board HSSC Results 2023 to be Announced Tomorrow, Check Official Websites

The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has set the date for announcing the results of the Goa Board HSSC examination. Candidates who appeared for the Class 12 exams can check their results on May 6, 2023, at 4.30 p.m. through the GBSHSE's official website, gbshse.in.

To declare the results, the Board will conduct a press conference at the Conference Hall on the Ground Floor of the Directorate of Education in Porvorim, Goa. Starting May 8, 2023, at 9 a.m., schools can download the consolidated result sheets. Candidates must have their roll number and date of birth on hand to download the result and mark sheet.

The fee payment window for the HSSC exams was open from August 8 to August 11, 2022. The payment could be made online or offline, as per the candidate's convenience.

The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education conducted the HSSC exams across 20 different locations in the state for the Arts, Commerce, Science, and Vocational streams. After the results are declared, schools will be able to download consolidated result sheets beginning May 8, 2023, at 9 a.m.

To check the Goa Board 12th Result 2023, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website at gbshse.gov.in.

Step 2: Look for the "Recent Announcements" section on the homepage.

Step 3: Click on the "Goa Board 12th Result 2023" link.

Step 4: Enter your seat number or roll number and fill out the captcha.

Step 5: Click on the "Submit" button.

Step 6: Your Goa Board HSSC Result 2023 will be displayed on the screen.

Step 7: Check the details and download the result.

Step 8: Take a printout of the result for future reference.

This year, a total of 19,802 candidates appeared for the HSSC exam, out of which 9,930 were boys and 9,872 were girls. Among them, 5,064 candidates were from the Arts stream, 6,077 from the Commerce stream, 5,380 from the Science stream, and 3,281 from the Vocational stream.

In order to pass the exam, candidates must score a minimum of 33% in all subjects. Those who fail to do so will have the opportunity to take the supplementary examination, the details of which will be announced after the results are declared. It is worth noting that the overall pass rate for the exam last year was 92.66%.
