Research Fellow

Job Location - Delhi

Number of Posts - 9

Last Date - 14 Mar 2021

Educational Qualification - Candidates should have first class Master’s degree in Soil Science & AC (with thesis work). They must have at least 1 year of research experience post-degree in soil & plant chemical analysis

Desirable – Have some experience in measurement of greenhouse gases emission using gas chromatography.

Pay Scale – INR 35000 Per Month

Age - 35 years.

Project Assistant

Job Location - Delhi

Number of Posts - 6

Last Date - 14 Mar 2021

Educational Qualification - Applicants must be 10th or 12th pass with relevant experience

Desirable – They should have experience in handling animal dung & urine and soil sampling from farmers’ fields.

Pay Scale – INR 18000-20000 Per Month

Age - 35 years.

About IARI

Indian Agricultural Research Institute began in 1905 at Pusa in Bihar. The institute was then called Agricultural Research Institute (ARI). The name of ARI was changed to the Imperial Institute of Agricultural Research in 1911 & in 1919 it was renamed as Imperial Agricultural Research Institute. After an earthquake on 15 Jan 1934, the institute was relocated to Delhi on 29 July 1936. And independence, it was renamed Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI).
