Educational Qualifications
For Security Assistant/ Executive posts – The candidates must have completed Matriculation (class 10th) or an equivalent degree from a recognized Board of Education & Possession of a domicile certificate of that State against which the applicant has applied. He or she must also have good knowledge of any 1 local language or dialect mentioned in the official notification.
Desirable Qualifications – Must have some field experience in Intelligence work.

IB (MHA) Salary Details
Security Assistant/ Executive - Level-3 (Rs.21700-69100) in the pay matrix + admissible Central Government allowances.
Multi-Tasking Staff/ General - Level-1 (Rs.18000-56900) in the pay matrix + admissible Central Government allowances.
IB Recruitment 2022: Selection Criteria/Process
Tier I – Objective type MCQs (Online Exam)
Tier II –Descriptive type (Offline Exam)
Tier III – Spoken ability test will be conducted for Security Assistant/ Executive posts only.
Tier IV – Interview or Personality test.
Application Fees
All Candidates will have to pay Rs.450 as recruitment processing charges
Male candidates of General, EWS & OBC categories will have to pay Rs. 500 as the exam fee in addition to recruitment processing charges.
IB Recruitment 2022: How to apply
Applications must be submitted only through ‘ONLINE’ registration by visiting the official websites of the Ministry of Home Affairs - www.mha.gov.in / www.ncs.gov.in. No other mode of applications will be accepted from candidates.
It must be noted that the application window will be operational from 5 November 2022 to 25 November 2022. Registration done before or after the dates mentioned above will not be accepted.
