Union Minister Chirag Paswan, is set to inaugurate the 8th edition of Indusfood 2025 at the India Exposition Mart in Greater Noida on January 8, 2025. Organised by the Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) with the support of the Department of Commerce, Government of India, Indusfood has established itself as Asia’s leading annual food and beverage (F&B) trade exhibition. This year’s event marks a significant milestone as it transitions into an integrated farm-to-fork trade show.

Indusfood 2025 is expected to be a grand event, with over 2,300 exhibitors from more than 30 countries, covering a vast exhibition space of 120,000 sq. m. The event will bring together more than 7,500 international buyers and 15,000 Indian buyers and trade visitors. Alongside the main exhibition, TPCI will also host the fourth edition of Indusfood Manufacturing, focusing on food processing, packaging, ingredients, and hospitality technology, and the inaugural Indusfood Agritech, which will showcase agricultural, fisheries, dairy, and poultry technologies. These complementary events will run from January 9 to 11, 2025, at Yashobhoomi Dwarka, New Delhi.

The integrated format of Indusfood 2025, with three concurrent trade fairs, is designed to foster synergies across the entire farm-to-fork value chain. This approach ensures that participants can engage in cross-domain networking, business expansion, and access valuable market insights through knowledge-sharing sessions. It also provides a platform for innovative solutions and strategic partnerships, vital for staying competitive in the evolving global F&B sector.

The 2025 edition will feature 35 international chefs and 100 Indian delegates, along with professionals from Delhi NCR. The event will attract a diverse international audience, including hosted buyers from over 100 countries, providing Indian food companies with an exceptional opportunity to tap into foreign markets beyond just the Indian diaspora.

A major highlight of this edition will be the Asia President’s Forum, hosted for the first time in India, in partnership with the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA). Over 30 presidents of national chef associations from across Asia will attend. Additionally, two mega summits will focus on the food manufacturing and agritech sectors, further enhancing the event’s global relevance.

TPCI Chairman Mohit Singla highlighted that Indusfood aims to bridge the gap between farmers, technology providers, and global markets, creating opportunities to boost trade and improve farmer incomes.
