The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, has invited candidates interested in joining ITBP as Medical Officers. On February 15, 2023, the official website at itbpolice.nic.in will open for online registration for the Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force, ITBP MO - 2022.
According to the notification, the application period for ITBP Medical Officer Recruitment 2022 will expire on March 16, 2023, at 11:59 PM. ITBP aims to fill 297 jobs for Super Specialist Medical Officers, Specialist Medical Officers, and Medical Officers through this recruitment campaign.
ITBP Recruitment 2023: Age Limit
Super Specialist Medical Officers: Candidates must not be older than 50 years at the time of application.
Specialist Medical Officers: Candidates should not be more than 40 years of age as of the closing date of receipt of the application.
Medical Officers: The applicants should not be more than 30 years of age as of the last date of application.
ITBP Recruitment 2023: Education Qualification
Super Specialist Medical Officers: A graduate degree in Medicine (MBBS) or an equivalent degree from a recognized university/institution listed in the first schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Specialist Medical Officers: A recognized medical qualification of the allopathic system of medicines contained in the first, second, or third schedules of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
Medical Officers: A recognized medical qualification of the allopathic system of medicines included in the first or second or second schedule or Part-II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.

ITBP Recruitment 2023: Selection Procedure
The ITBP Medical Officer selection process consists of two stages: documentation and interviews, followed by a Physical Standard Test (PST) and a Medical Examination Test (MET).
ITBP Recruitment 2023: Application Fee
Male applicants from the General/OBC/EWS categories must pay a fee of Rs. 400. Applicants from SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/Female candidates are exempted from paying the application fee.
