In addition, Sinha also laid the foundation stone for various projects aimed at further enhancing the region's development. The Lieutenant Governor emphasized that these projects would not only bring about a transformation in Baramulla but also benefit the entire Jammu and Kashmir region.

He further mentioned that the citizens of Baramulla have seen their long-held dreams of an improved quality of life being fulfilled to a large extent.

During the event, the Lieutenant Governor paid homage to Maqbool Sherwani, often referred to as the "lion of Baramulla," and commended the youth of the district for their remarkable contributions to various sectors, playing a significant role in the nation-building process.

Sinha called upon the members of the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRI) and all stakeholders to actively participate in the effective implementation of the holistic agriculture development program and other government-led development initiatives.

He emphasized that the Holistic Agriculture Development Program (HADP) presents an opportunity to empower three-fourths of Jammu and Kashmir's population. The Lieutenant Governor urged the people to isolate elements within society that seek to disrupt peace and harmony. He emphasized the collective responsibility of citizens in maintaining a peaceful environment for progress and prosperity.

With the inauguration of these infrastructure projects and the commitment to agricultural development, Jammu and Kashmir can look forward to further advancements and improved living conditions for its people.
