PM Kisan latest update: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has released the most-awaited 13th installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi in Belagavi, Karnataka today (February 27).
Rs 2000 each has been transferred into the bank accounts of 8 crore farmers under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme. A total of more than Rs. 16,800 crores have been deposited directly in the accounts of more than 8 crore farmers under the Scheme.
Narendra Singh Tomar Union Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, along with Manoj Ahuja Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare were present during the launch. The event was witnessed by more than 1 lakh people, comprising beneficiaries of PM-KISAN and Jal Jeevan Mission.
It is worth mentioning that the 11th and 12th instalments under PM Kisan scheme were released in May and October last year.
With the release of the 13th instalment, the Centre has continued its commitment to support farmers in India and help them achieve their livelihood goals.
So far, over 2.25 lakh crores have been distributed to more than 11 crore farmers, primarily the small & marginal.
Notably, during the Covid-19 pandemic, Rs. 1.75 lakh crores were disbursed in multiple instalments to support the farmers. PM Kisan has also benefited over 3 crore women beneficiaries who have collectively received Rs. 53,600 crores as financial assistance.

A new page will open, here either enter your Mobile Number, Registration Number.
Write the captcha code and click on get data.
The details will open on the screen
