Under the provisions conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Central Silk Board Act, 1948 (61 of 1948), the Central Government has notified the nomination of Shri Navin K. Choudhary, Principal Secretary, Animal & Sheep Husbandry Dept.
(Addl. Charge of Administrative Secretary, Agriculture/ Horticulture & Cooperatives Dept.), Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir. to serve as Member of the Central Silk Board for a period of three years from Febuary 1, 2021 subject to the provisions of the Act.
He has been nominated on the recommendation of Govt. of Jammu & Kashmir under Section 4(3) (h) of the Act.
