NDDB Recruitment 2023 Job Details
Job Summary: Working closely with numerous State Cooperative Dairy Federations and Unions, State Governments, the Central Government, International Organizations, Senior External Partners, and Directors of Subsidiary Companies of NDDB would be expected of the Executive Director located in Anand.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be in charge of providing direction and guidance for strategic organizational plans and their implementation in dairy, animal husbandry, and allied agricultural activities, dairy and allied agriculture policy making, policy governance, international relations, guidance to NDDB Groups/Offices, and strategic analysis of the dairying and allied agriculture micro and macro indicators.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
A degree in agriculture, veterinary science, dairy technology, basic sciences, commerce, economics, or engineering is preferred. The candidate should also have at least 25 years of work experience, with at least 5 of those years spent in a senior leadership position answering to the managing director or executive director.
The candidate must be a senior management professional with experience managing large-scale dairy development/animal husbandry and related programs/activities, experience with the entire dairy value chain, including procurement, marketing, and inputs activities, in-depth knowledge of dairy and agri-economics, and policy environment. The candidate must also have knowledge of statutory laws/regulations, strategic planning, and implementation experience.

NDDB Salary Package
The Executive Director's base salary is at least Rs. 1,82,200 and is fixed in Pay Matrix 15. Payment of allowances and other perks must follow NDDB regulations.
Age Limit: 55 years (as on 1st January 2023). With age relaxation, internal candidates who meet the qualifications and experience requirements may be taken into account.
