are being offered by RFCL;
E-1 - Rs. 40,000 - 3% - 1,40,000 Accounts officer/ Materials Officer / Engineer (Production/
Civil/ Safety)/ Sr. Chemist
E-2 Rs. 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 Assistant Manager (Production/ Safety/ Mechanical/
Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Materials/ F&A)
E-3 - Rs. 60,000 - 3% - 1,80,000 Dy. Manager (Mechanical/ Chemical Lab)
E-4 - Rs. 70,000 - 3% - 2,00,000 Manager (Production/ Materials)
E-5 Rs. 80,000 - 3% - 2,20,000 Sr. Manager (Mechanical/ Chemical Lab/ Materials)
E-6 Rs. 90,000 - 3% - 2,40,000 Chief Manager (Production/ Materials/ F&A/ HR)
Required Educational Qualification for NFL Jobs
Candidates applying for managerial posts must have completed B.E./ B.Tech./B.Sc.(Engg)/AMIE in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology. Candidates having BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) certification could be given preference.
For candidates applying for the post of Chief Manager (HR) & possessing MBA/ PG Degree or PG Diploma with dual specializations, the qualification must be with one specialization in HRM/ PM&IR and the applicant will have to provide a certificate issued by the Institute/ University indicating that he has one specialization in HRM/ PM&IR along with the application form at the time of interview.
Computer Literacy is desirable for all the posts. In case of any problem arising about the admissibility of any particular qualification, the decision of NFL/RFCL Management will be final & binding on the applicants.

For E-5 to E-6 - Rs. 1000/- plus additional bank processing charges, if any
For E-1 to E-4 – Rs. 700/-
