Ayushman Bharat Yojana (ABY) is popularly known as Modi Care, it was started on 25th September. The central government provides health insurance of Rs. 5 lakh annually to 10 crore people. ABY is also known as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY). It is a health insurance scheme for the poor in the country.
More than 10 crore poor families will be covered under this scheme to provide health insurance, free treatment facilities will be provided in government hospitals/societies & private health centers.

How to Apply for PM Ayushman Bharat Yojana?

Beneficiaries, who are willing to apply for this scheme, should pay attention to the registration process & get benefits accordingly.

To apply for PM Ayushman Bharat Yojana, first of all, you have t visit the Public Service Center (CSC) & send back a copy of all your original documents to them.

When the documents are verified by the CSC agent, the registration will be guaranteed according to the scheme and it will be provided to you.

After 10 to 15 days, you will be provided Ayushman Bharat Gold Card through Jan Seva Kendra. After that, you will be successfully registered.
How to Check the Beneficiary List of PM Ayushman Bharat Yojana 2021 list?

Firstly, you have to visit the official website - https://pmjay.gov.in/.

On the home page, you will see the “I am eligible” option.

You should then click on this option.

On this page open the login form & in this form you will have to enter your mobile number.

Click on Create OTP button.

After that, the OTP number will come on your specified mobile number.

Some options will be given below to find your beneficiary name.

Search your name by clicking on the desired option.

Provide all the required details, then, the search result will be displayed on the screen.

Now check your name in the Ayushman Bharat Yojana 2021 List.
