Some candidates who are selected for numerous government posts under the "Rozgar Mela" will personally receive the letters at their specified locations. Appointment letters would also be distributed by email or postal service to appointees who are not present at the venue.

The new employees from all throughout the nation will work for 38 government departments and ministries.
