The program covers crucial topics such as fostering an entrepreneurial mindset, creative thinking, and effective idea generation. Additionally, participants are gaining knowledge on customer discovery, value proposition development, and technology commercialization. Essential aspects of startup management like valuation, pricing strategies, and pre-incubation and incubation processes are also being addressed. Sessions dedicated to startup financing, financial instruments, and strategies for building a sustainable business are further enhancing the learning experience.

Participants are also receiving practical knowledge on creating and utilizing Business Model Canvases (BMC) and implementing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Special focus is being given to pitch preparation to make startups investor-ready. Moreover, attendees are gaining insights into building and navigating innovation ecosystems. Visits to incubation centers, along with discussions on intellectual property (IP) basics and real-world IP use cases, are providing hands-on learning opportunities.

The interactive nature of the FDP, complemented by real-world case studies, is helping participants refine their mentoring skills. These sessions are encouraging faculty members and incubation managers to adopt innovative approaches in guiding startups. The event is also serving as a valuable networking platform, fostering connections among academic professionals and industry leaders.
