RailTel Corporation of India (RCIL) has issued an open call for 69 positions in the technical, marketing, finance, and legal departments. Interested applicants should apply to railtelindia.com, the official website of RCIL. The deadline for applications is February 23.
RailTel has openings for the positions of deputy manager, manager, and senior manager in several divisions.
RCIL Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have finished a BE, BTech, or BSc in the appropriate discipline of engineering. Those applying for the position of deputy marketing manager must also have an MBA or a postgraduate diploma in business administration with a specialty in marketing/telecom/ IT or an equivalent qualification. Finance and legal Deputy Managers must be CA/ICWA and LLB qualified, respectively.
Age limit: Candidates must be between the range of 21 and 28 to be eligible for deputy manager positions, and between the ages of 23 and 30 to be eligible for manager-level positions. The age range given for the senior manager positions is between 27 and 34 years.

Step 3: Fill out the registration form with all contact information and the position you want to apply for.
Step 4: Upload your scanned picture, signature, and left thumb impression.
Step 5: Submit the application and make payment. The application cost for SC, ST, and PwBDs applicants is Rs 600, whereas it is Rs 1,200 for all other applicants.
Step 6: Keep a copy of the application form for future recruitment activities.
Process Of Selection
The applicants will be selected through an online examination followed by an interview. The online test will last two hours and will consist of MCQs with a weightage of 150 points. SO marks will be given to the interview. To be eligible for empanelment for selection, applicants must obtain a minimum of 60% in the online exam and interview together. The final selection will be based on merit and the availability of positions.
Salary in RailTel Corporation of India
Candidates selected for deputy manager positions would be paid between Rs 40,000 and Rs 1,40,000. Managers will be paid between Rs 50,000 and Rs 1,60,000, while senior managers would be paid between Rs 60,000 and Rs 1,80,000.
