Rythu Bhrosa Scheme: CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy to Release Input Subsidy on Feb 27

At an event on February 27 at Tenali Agriculture Market Yard, Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will credit the input subsidy into farmers' bank accounts.

Tenali AMC premises were visited and appraised by Guntur district Collector Venugopala Reddy, Joint Collector G Rajakumari, Tenali Sub-Collector Geethanjali Sharma, and MLA Annabathuni Siva Kumar on Wednesday. They went to the Taluka junior site to set up the helipad. The Collector asked the officers to put up green rooms, tents and barriers. He directed them to involve volunteers in making the arrangements.

Tenali Municipal Commissioner Jaswantha Rao, DMHO Dr Sravan Kumar, Tenali DSP Sravanthi Roy, Tahsildar K Ravi Babu, and joint director of agriculture N Venkateswarulu were present at the event.

About YSR Rythu Bharosa:

YSR Rythu Bharosa is a programme launched by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to support farmers financially by depositing an amount of 13,500 per annum in three instalments, in collaboration with Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, with the state government contributing 7500 and the centre contributing 6000.

On 15 October 2019, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy announced YSR Rythu Bharosa, releasing 3785 crores to help 38 lakh farmers in the state.
