Education Qualification
Degree in Engineering in any of the seven engineering disciplines of Mechanical, Metallurgy, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Instrumentation, and Mining with 65% marks overall (average of all semesters, regardless of the weight given to any particular year by the Institute/University).
Sail Management Trainees: Selection Process
SAIL will be recruiting Management Trainees in the above-mentioned seven engineering posts by utilization of GATE 2022 scores. Candidates who apply for SAIL will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the relevant GATE 2022 examination paper and the company’s requirements. Shortlisted candidates will then appear for Group Discussion and interview.
