SBI Recruitment 2022: The State Bank of India, country’s largest bank has issued a job advertisement for the post of Digital Banking Head. Candidates who are interested can apply by the 28th of January. Details of the post like age, eligibility and method to apply is given below.
SBI Recruitment 2022: Job Details
Candidates must have at least 18 years of experience in digital leadership/transformational roles in the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) industry, according to the official announcement.
According to the bank, each of the 18 must have spent at least 5 years in senior management. The nominee must also be at least 62 years old as of December 1, 2021.
Position To Be On Contract Basis
The position will be staffed on a contract basis, according to the official statement. The bank requested applications for a specialist cadre officer position, with the goal of providing high-quality digital services to its customers.
Contractual Engagement Will Be of Three Years
According to the release, the deal would last for three years. However, the bank stated that it may be extended beyond the original three-year period at the bank's option.
In an advertisement, SBI: State Bank of India stated, "The bank is looking for a visionary, dynamic, and results-driven head of digital banking with an innovative mentality, with a view to delivering exceptional service quality and omnichannel experience for our customers across all digital and self-service channels."
Head of Digital Banking To Be Responsible For Executing Strategies
According to the statement, the head of digital banking would be in charge of envisioning, designing, and implementing SBI's digital banking strategy and business plan for imparting digital knowledge/skill.
