How to Apply for PUC?
First of all, you have to get license from RTO to open pollution check center.
You can apply for this by going to your nearest RTO office. After getting the permission, you can open your pollution check center near any petrol pump, automobile workshop. For this, along with applying, you have to give an affidavit of Rs 10. Moreover, you have to mention the term and condition.
You Need to Get NOC
After this, you need to get NOC from local authority. NOC means No Objection Certificate from the local authority. - The fee fixed for the Pollution Detection Center in each state is different.

Terms & Conditions of PUC
The first identification of the pollution investigation center is the yellow colored cabin. It is opened in this.
Size of this cabin - length 2.5 meters,
width 2 meters, height 2 meters has been fixed. Apart from this, it is mandatory for you to enter the license number at your center.
Eligibility for PUC
Any citizen, firm, society and trust can operate it. An applicant want to open PUC is first required to get a certification from Automobile Engineering, Motor Mechanics, Auto Mechanics, Scooter Mechanics, Diesel Mechanics or Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
