East & Northeast India is preparing itself for heavy to very heavy rainfall. A Low-Pressure area is marked over East Uttar Pradesh & a trough is expanding from this system towards Northeast India where a Cyclonic Circulation is continuing.
Due to all these activities, there will be heavy to very heavy rainfall over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland. And moderate to heavy rains will be seen over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar and East Uttar Pradesh.
In the meantime, some parts of Jharkhand, Odisha, Gangetic West Bengal and remaining Northeast India will also witness light to moderate rain and thundershowers.
