The results of the written exams for the National Defence Academy (NDA 1) and Naval Academy (NA 1) have been announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on May 1, 2023.
Candidates who have appeared for the exam can visit the UPSC website, upsc.gov.in, to check and obtain their results. They can also access the UPSC Result PDF, interview details, and other relevant information.
The candidates who have qualified in the written exam will now have to attend an interview with the Services Selection Board (SSB). It should be noted that the list of successful candidates declared by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is provisional at this stage, and their candidature will be finalized only after clearing all the necessary steps, including document verification.

It is mandatory for candidates appearing for the interview to carry their original certificates of age and educational qualification to the designated SSBs. Moreover, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has advised the qualified candidates to complete their registration process online at joinindianarmy.nic.in, which is the official Indian Army Recruiting website, within two weeks of the declaration of the written exam results. The candidates who successfully register will receive their Selection Centre and SSB interview dates via email on their registered email address.
