How to Check PM Kisan Account Balance and Updated Beneficiary Status

As the government released the 13th installment of PM Kisan yojana, farmers must check their status and name in the new beneficiary list.

Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana popularly known as PM-Kisan is a scheme that was launched to provide financial help to the farmers. Under PM Kisan yojana, farmers in the country are given Rs. 6,000 per year in three installments of Rs. 2,000 each. Farmers can use this money to buy seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and other farming supplies.

Through such schemes, Modi Government aims to help farmers to deal with inflation and also achieve the target of doubling farmers' income by 2022

Till now, Government has disbursed 13 installments under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and the last one was released in February 2023.

Farmers who haven't received the last installment must check their status now to know why money has not been transferred to them. 

How to Check PM Kisan Status & Payment Details

You can follow the steps mentioned below to check PM Kisan balance;

  • Go to the official website of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme. 

  • Now look for ‘Farmer’s Corner Section.

  • Then select the ‘beneficiary status' option. In this, the beneficiary can find his or her application status for PM Kisan. The list will have the farmer’s name and the amount sent in his bank account.

  • After that, enter either your mobile number or registration number.

  • Now click on the ‘Get Data’

How to Check PM Kisan List 2022:

To check 'Beneficiary List' – you will again have to go to farmers’ corner at PM Kisan website. Then click on the beneficiary list option and enter your State, District, Sub-District, Block and Village details properly.

Finally click on submit button to get the list.

Farmers who haven't registered for the scheme till now must do it immediately so that they can get the upcoming installment along with other farmers.

For self-registration, go to the official website of PM Kisan Yojana. Now look for the 'farmers' corner' section on the right side of homepage. Then click on ‘New Farmer Registration’. Here you will find two options - Rural Farmer Registration and Urban Farmer Registration. If you are from a rural area choose the first option or else the second one.

They can also contact the nearest Common Service Centres (CSCs) for registration purposes. All you need to do is carry all important documents and submit it to the official in charge at the CSC.
