Detox Drinks - Detoxing is a trend that is rapidly sweeping the fitness industry. And rightly so, the heavily urbanized and increasingly toxic-ridden society we inhabit is weighing upon our health.

  • 1/2inch ginger (crushed)

  • Separately juice the orange and carrot.

  • Blend the juice with the ginger and turmeric.

  • After blending for 30 seconds, squeeze one-half of a lemon.

Aam Panna

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped mint leaves

  • 2 tsp roasted and powdered cumin seeds

  • 2 tsp (black salt)

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 500 gm green mangoes

How to Make Aam Panna

  • Boil the mangoes until the skin turns discoloured and the inside become mushy.

  • Remove the peel from the mangoes and squeeze the pulp out once they are cool enough to handle.

  • 2 cups of water should be added after blending all the ingredients together.

  • Place some ice in the glasses before adding the panna.
