A recent study suggests that diabetic patients who have a low intake of processed food in their diets have a better chance of surviving. The findings were published in ‘The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism.'

In accordance with the study, the time of meals should be consistent with the body's natural clock. The body's sleep-wake cycle is regulated internally by the body's natural clock. It resets every 24-hours. Diabetes patients' overall health may improve if specific food items are consumed at variable times during the day.

The study observed that consuming different foods at different times has given a positive result for people who have been suffering from diabetic conditions.

milk, green vegetables, and less processed food items during the evening are all linked to better immunity and can increase the life expectancy of people suffering from diabetic conditions.
