Indian Vegetable Oil Producers’ Association has unanimously re-elected Sudhakar Rao Desai, Chief Executive Officer of Emami Agrotech Ltd, as the President at the 46th annual general meeting of the association, while Amrendra Mishra, Managing Director of ADM India, and V.K. Jain, Vice-President of Patanjali Foods, have been elected as Vice-Presidents of IVPA.

IVPA election of its office bearers for the term 2023-24:
During its 46th Annual General Body Meeting, the Association elected its office bearers for the Term 2023 -24. The esteemed leadership team comprises industry veterans who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the helm of the association.
IVPA President Sudhakar Rao Desai Re-elected:
Mr Sudhakar Rao Desai, the CEO of Emami Agrotech Ltd, has been re-elected unanimously as the President of IVPA. Mr Desai's extensive industry knowledge and leadership have been instrumental in shaping the direction of IVPA. He is a member of the Organizing Committee of Globoil, and a Member of the Product Committee of Commodity Exchanges in India. Mr. Desai has also held the position of Director at the Bombay Commodity Exchange and has an impressive track record. He has previously worked at Agrotech Foods Ltd (ConAgra, USA) and was the Founder Director of Bunge India.
IVPA New Vice-Presidents Elected:
Joining the leadership team as Vice Presidents of IVPA are Mr Amrendra Mishra, Managing Director of ADM India, and Mr V K Jain, Vice President of Patanjali Foods. Mr Mishra brings with him over a decade and a half of work experience and is associated with various industry committees, while Mr Jain boasts more than four decades of experience in the oils and oilseed sector, having worked with Ruchi Soya now known as Patanjali Foods Limited and also serving on few other Industry Association’s committees.
