Union Finance Minister and Corporate Affairs has been informed to be admitted to AIIMS Delhi for unknown reasons. Sources have reported that her condition remains stable, however, the cause of being admitted is said to be for a routine check-up.
At 12 noon today, Nirmala Sitharaman was admitted to a private ward in AIIMS, Delhi. Reports have specified that she is getting the required medical attention from experts and doctors at AIIMS. The doctors and AIIMS officials are yet to release details about her health.
Sitharaman is set to present the budget for the financial year 2023-24 on February 1st, 2023. She has previously presented a total of four budgets by 2022 and this will be her fifth. Pre-budget meetings were chaired by her from November 21 to 28, virtually.
