The India Food Expo Roadshow event, a groundbreaking showcase of advancements and innovations in the Food Processing Sector, took place at the Nasc Complex, Lecture Hall in PUSA Delhi on Friday, August 25, 2023. The event, which drew industry experts, delegates, and enthusiasts, provided a platform to explore new technologies, machinery, equipment, and processes while offering a glimpse into the future of India's dynamic food processing industry.

Dr. LK Pandey, Chairman of the Delhi Chapter and Coordinator of IFX Roadshow, set the tone for the event with a warm welcome to attendees. The highlight of the event was the keynote address by Dr. Praveen Malik, CEO of Agrinnovate India Limited, who shared insights on the "Commercialization of Agritech from NARS: Agrinnovate Approach." Dr. Malik's presentation shed light on the groundbreaking strides being made in agricultural technology and innovation, emphasizing their significance for India's agri-based economy.

Organized by the Indian Industries Association, a key representative body for micro, small, and medium enterprises, the event played a pivotal role in fostering bilateral relationships between India and several invited countries. Dignitaries and delegates from various nations took the stage to discuss the promising potential of bilateral trade in the food-based industries.

H.E. Jacqueline Mukangira, the High Commissioner of Rwanda, Mr. Khurshidbek, Trade Counsellor from the Embassy of Uzbekistan, Mr. Do Duy Khanh, First Secretary of the Trade office at the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and Sophie from the Uganda High Commission were among the prominent speakers. Their discussions centered around forging stronger ties between India and their respective countries, with a particular focus on the food sector.

One of the overarching themes of the dialogue was the cultivation of mutual understanding and collaboration. Each representative extended an invitation to India to explore agricultural prospects in their own nations, showcasing the intent to establish a fruitful exchange of knowledge and resources.

The India Food Expo Roadshow not only highlighted the latest advancements in the food processing industry but also underscored the significance of international cooperation in driving growth and innovation. As the event concluded, participants departed with a renewed sense of enthusiasm for the endless possibilities that lie ahead in the realm of food processing, both within India and across international borders.
