KVK Bulandshahr SAC Meeting discussed on Doubling Farmers Income

KVK Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh recently organized its annual Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) Meeting wherein they held discussions on ways to double farmers’ income. The meeting also focused on how farmers could be given the benefit of various government schemes.

KVK Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh recently organized its annual Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) Meeting wherein they held discussions on ways to double farmers’ income. The meeting also focused on how farmers could be given the benefit of various government schemes.

KVK Bulandshahr is situated at NH-91, which is roughly 72 km away from the National Capital, New Delhi. Mr. Shiv Singh, head of the KVK looks after all the activities and programmes run there. Recently

Dr. S. K. Sachan, Director Extension of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology said government is presently running many agricultural schemes with the aim of helping the cultivators and doubling their income by 2022. During the meeting, a tribute was given to the CRPF jawans who were killed in the recent Pulwama attack. 

Deputy Director RP Singh, District Agriculture Officer, Ashwini Kumar Singh, District Sugarcane officer, DK Saini, Dr. BR Singh were also present in the SAC meeting.
