The Ministry of Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India, will conduct direct recruitment for Scientist 'E' and 'F' positions. Eligible applicants should apply at career.nise.res.in. The application deadline is 30 days from the date of the advertisement. The advertisement was released on March 26.

The 'Scientist E' position has four openings, one of which is earmarked for OBC candidates. There are four vacancies for the 'Scientist F' position, one of which is reserved for candidates from the OBC group.

MNRE Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria

A doctorate in Natural Science or a Master's degree in Engineering or Technology is required for the 'Scientist E' position. In addition, 10 years of expertise in R&D, project management, and renewable energy policy regulation is required. Candidates with expertise managing national and international projects in developing renewable energy fields are preferred, according to the government. The age limit is 45 years.

A doctoral degree in Natural Science or a Master's degree in Engineering or Technology, as well as 12 years of work experience, are necessary for 'Scientist F' positions. Candidates with expertise managing national and international projects in growing renewable energy fields are preferred. The maximum age is 50 years.
