Possess Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University or Institution. Shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m. in English to be transcribed at a speed of 15 w.p.m.

Shorthand speed of 50 w.p.m. in Punjabi (Raavi Font) to be transcribed at a speed of 10 w.p.m.

Matric level certificate of Punjabi language.

Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours of course with hands and experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office Productivity Applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from a Government recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified. OR

Possesses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to ‘O’ Level certificate of Department of Electronics, Accreditation of Computer Course (DOEACC) of Government of India.
Age Limit-Age not less than 18 years and not more than 37 years.
Pay Scale- The minimum pay admissible of Rs. 21,700 (Level-3) based on the 7th Central Pay Commission.

Pay Scale- The pay scale/ pay matrix of minimum pay admissible of Rs. 19900/- (Level 2) based on the 7th Central Pay Commission.
How to Apply?
1. To apply for the posts, visit the official online application portal of Punjab Agriculture University by clicking here.
2. Candidates need to upload clear and recent passport size, colored photographs with sizes up to 50 KB in JPG/JPEG format.
3. Fill out the application form, and click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
4. Candidates must ensure that the e-mail address and Mobile Number provided in the Online Application Form are their own as the same shall be used by the university to convey the important information/ communication.
5. A verification link will be sent to the candidate’s e-mail ID. The candidate has to click on the verification link to complete the submission process of the application.
6. After verification, the candidate has to log in using his e-mail ID and Date of Birth to download & print the application form and pay the application fee online.
7. A unique identity (UID) number/ application number will appear on the top of the application form.
8. After successfully completing the application form, take the printout of the duly filled application form along with the payment receipt. After putting the original signature on the printed application form, the candidate has to mail it to pau-recruitment@pau.edu along with copies of all certificates in PDF form for future reference/ communication. It is mandatory for all the candidates.
