Kiwi fruit is a fruit that has many health benefits.  It is native to New Zealand.  The fruit is small, soft and creamy.  This small fruit can help fight lifestyle diseases such as heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. Eating this fruit is a remedy for insomnia.  Studies show that they help prevent paralysis.

Kiwi fruit is good for preventing insomnia because it contains a lot of antioxidants.  This fruit is said to be good for heart health as it can prevent blood clots.  It is recommended to eat kiwi fruit to help the body absorb iron.

Eating kiwifruit is good for digestion and constipation as it contains a lot of enzymes.  It is said that kiwi fruit can cure vision problems.  Kiwi is a fruit that provides health to pregnant women and unborn babies.

Health studies show that kiwi can prevent a variety of cancers.  The antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber found in kiwi fruit make it one of the healthiest foods on the list.
