To exchange diverse experiences on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code of 2016 December from the perspectives of all 4 Pillars—the Regulator, Adjudicating Authority, Resolution Professionals, and Legal Practitioners—as well as the 2 Drivers—the Debtors & Creditors—the ASSOCHAM IBC Conclave 2023 aims to bring together renowned and highly experienced personalities.
Even if both creditors and debtors have gained knowledge, there is still more work to be done and several of the Code's provisions—such as those of group insolvency and individual bankruptcy—have not yet been implemented. Additionally, an analysis must be conducted with the noble goals that served as the basis for introducing the Code and the crucial data that will lead to the desired result in mind.
